Hilton Head ‘07
The original plan this year was to skip a vacation all together due to recently buying a house and a bunch of other things that have happened (see previous post). However, Abbey’s dad and step-mom invited us to join them in Hilton Head where they had rented a condo for a week. We decided to drive down for a short four day vacation.
It was an 11 hour drive, which I could have done without, but otherwise it was a fun trip. I played golf twice with Jeff, and Abbey went to the beach with her sisters numerous times. We went out to dinner every night and I ate more seafood than I have in the past two years. I think the only time of year that I eat seafood is when I go on vacation to a coastal city.
I only managed to dig up a couple of pictures (taken by Jessa) because I forgot the camera on this trip, so here are a couple of family shots.
